What's behind that mission statement? We THINK there are so many things we cannot do because we let our minds set our physical limitations. But I have found out, through so many trials and errors within myself, that we CAN do so much more than we ever thought possible!
Our mission here at U Too Fitness is to provide an environment fit for everyone, that is welcoming, motivating, and trusting. It can be very hard to walk into a fitness center, not knowing what you want to do, thinking you may not be able to keep up, and possibly feeling overwhelmed—all the things that prevent you from not wanting to participate in group classes in the first place. But I promise you, there is a place for you! We can find a class or system that works best for you and your lifestyle. I know you, too, can do anything you want to do!!
There are so many benefits to group classes!!
Some of us work better and harder when we have accountability- showing up at a specific time and place to work out. We look forward to seeing people in the classes, and it can push us to work harder when we have someone by our side.
Group classes can be an excellent source of motivation. Knowing that certain instructors and other participants will be present can help you stay committed and focused on your fitness goals. The positive energy and support from others can help boost your confidence and make you feel better about yourself. Overall, attending group classes can be a fun and effective way to stay motivated and achieve your fitness goals.
There are a lot of exercises that we do, that mimic movements that we do in everyday life; we just expand on those movements. These types of movements will not only allow you to build strength and endurance, but they will also help you throughout your everyday physical activities. Regular participation improves your chances of living a longer and healthier life, not only improving your physical body and stamina, but also enhancing your mood and emotional well-being.
It does not matter if you are a beginner who has never worked out before, someone who works out every day, an athlete, etc., there is always a spot for you here and room to challenge yourself and grow. Every movement can be set to the level that you're at, and you can push yourself every single time. You will notice that each time you push yourself and each time you challenge yourself, you're going to get better, and your strength and conditioning are going to grow, which allows your confidence to also grow! It's a win-win!
Let's talk about results because that's what we all want!! Group classes offer CONSISTENCY, which can be the number one thing that people struggle with when it comes to working out. Group classes also offer THE PLAN, so you'll know exactly what to do and when to do it, and you won't have to worry about not knowing what to do, (which is also a strong reason people don't stick with working out). With group classes, the class is already set up for you, so you don't have to plan a single thing. All you have to do is show up and put in the work; we've got the rest! With those two areas being taken care of for you, this allows you to show up consistently, focus on your workout consistently, and really start enjoying the process. You'll be surprised at how quickly your body starts to change, by losing excess body fat and increasing lean muscle mass!
Here at U Too Fitness, I genuinely believe that working out is fun, and I want to show you just that! Yes, we work hard, but we also laugh, push and motivate one another, and make the most of every workout. I offer the first class free because I don't want you to worry about paying; I only want you to worry about showing up and getting to experience not only what we offer, but what you, too, can do!
